The design stage: work with our architects, or we collaborate with your architects, or you can select from a range of plans
Pope Housing and Construction have two preferred architects that we have worked with for a long time, and each has a proven record of excellence. Clients who choose to start their journey with us can work with one of these architects to create a design for their own dream build or home alteration or extension. We do have a range of our own architectural house plans or the Certified Plan range which allows you to choose a design that reflects your style and requirements and cuts out the time taken to create a custom design.
We welcome clients who have existing plans from their own preferred architects. Pope Housing and Construction is committed to flexibility, and we can work with you on incorporating these plans into our comprehensive building process.

You can leave the bureaucracy to us. Dealing with local councils and navigating regulatory hurdles can be a daunting task. Pope Housing and Construction takes care of all interactions with local councils, handling the consent process associated with new builds or house extensions or alterations.
