For every signed contract above $150,000 that comes from your referral, you’ll receive a referral gift equal to 1% of the contract value.

How it works

How to Qualify

Keep an eye out for friends, family members, colleagues, or community organisations planning new builds, renovations, additions, or construction projects.

Submit Your Referral

Ensure you have the referred party’s permission. Referrals must be submitted before any contract is signed.

Successful Engagement

We will contact the client, prepare a proposal and work toward contract signing while keeping you informed.

Eligibility and reward terms

Eligibility

Open to current and past clients, business partners, community members and industry professionals. Referrals must be for new construction projects and cannot be made after initial contact. Self-referrals are eligible.

Reward rate

Reward rate is 1% of the total contract value, with a minimum reward of $1,500.00 and maximum of $8,000.00.

One reward per referral

If multiple people refer the same individual, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The reward will be given on a first come, first served basis.

How rewards are paid

Rewards are issued as gift vouchers to enjoy a holiday, purchase a new appliance, spa pool or donate to a local sports club or charity. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards are processed once the client has paid their initial deposit.

Pope Housing & Construction reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral program at any time. Participants should retain referral records and seek independent tax advice.
